What is Cardio Tennis?
Cardio Tennis is a fun group activity featuring drills to give players of all abilities an ultimate, high energy workout. Cardio tennis includes a warm-up, cardio workout, and cool down phases. If you are looking for a great new way to get in shape and to burn calories, you must try Cardio Tennis.
Cardio "KEEP FIT" Tennis is a 60 minute clinic that will really get your body moving! It is meant to burn off the calories and uses a lot of energy! You can join this at any level, as the intention is that you are always moving and hitting. It is not a technique based class, but rather a cardiovascular workout with a lot of ball hitting. Cardio Tennis is a big sensation in the US, Australia & Europe, and we hope you will give it a try.
It's a "weekly sign up" session, which means you only commit to coming when you have time, so gives you the flexibility to work around other things during the week.
Tuesday 7:00 – 8:00 a.m.
