The Previous Community Events

Po Leung Kuk (Since April 2014)

PLK has visited the Club on a Bi-Monthly basis since early 2014. The children from PLK enjoy the opportunity to take part in cricket and Hockey sessions under the guidance of the HKCC Professional Coaches and HKCC Members. 5 students have been offered scholarships to join the HKCC Gappers Junior Cricket Program and currently these children represent HKCC In the HKCA u11 League (Black Rain)

Hok Shan School (Since November 2013)

HKCC has collaborated with Hok Shan School since November 2013 and is continuing to do so at present. HKCC has allowed the students the chance to play Cricket, Hockey and Rugby for the first time. 5 students have been offered scholarships to join the HKCC Gappers Junior Cricket Program and currently these children represent HKCC In the HKCA u11 League (Black Rain)

Bradbury School (January to June 2014)

HKCC worked with the students from Bradbury School in bringing the HKCC Junior coaching program into the school. The sessions were led by the HKCC Cricket coaches with a number of the students continuing their cricketing development through joining the HKCC Gappers Junior Cricket program for the 2014-15 season.

Chinese International School (May to June 2014)

HKCC worked with the students at Chinese International School in introducing cricket to their existing PE schedule. The students were given the opportunity to play the game under the instruction of the HKCC Cricket coaching staff.

Ebenezer School for the Visually Impaired (July 2014)

HKCC Welcomed The students from The Ebenezer school who took part in a number of ball sports and activities inside the HKCC Indoor Cricket Centre.

Cricket For All (August 2014)

HKCC offered individuals the chance to experience what it is like to play cricket. The Introduction to the ‘Game of Cricket” sessions were held in the Indoor Cricket Centre on the 3rd August 2014.
