Club Race Boxes are available at Happy Valley & Shatin
The Club is renting TWO boxes for the 2011/2012 Season:
No. C504 Pavilion Stand at HAPPY VALLEY and No. D509B, Grandstand I at SHATIN. There are 48 race fixtures left for the 2011/2012 season..
Both Boxes offer a Buffet meal and a full bar service. The Boxes are manned and operated by the Hong Kong Jockey Club. Seating capacity at Shatin is for 26 persons and for 36 at Happy Valley.
The Club has to pay a minimum catering charge. To cover the cost, season badges and daily badges are available to Members.
SEASON BADGE
A Season Badge cost $600.00 equal to $7.20 per race meeting - is not transferable and may only be used by the Member to whom it is issued. The holder of a Season Badge is entitled to "Advance Booking" privileges.
A Second Season Badge costs $400.00 equal to $4.80 per race meeting. The Second Badge is transferable for use by a guest of the Member to whom it is issued when the guest is in the company of the Member in the Race Boxes.
Season Badges and Second Season Badges only secure admission to the Club's Boxes.

A Daily Badge is available to Members and to a Guest of a Member and is charged as follows:

A Daily Badges only secures admission to the Club's Boxes.
RACE COURSES ADMISSION
To secure admission to the race courses, a Badge must be obtained from the Hong Kong Jockey Club which offers a Daily Guest Badge costing $50.00* per race meeting. The Club can, on request, purchase a Daily Guest Badge on behalf of a Member.
* Except for the Hong Kong International Races Day, Chinese New Year Meeting, Hong Kong Derby, QEII Cup & Champions Mile and Last Meeting of the Season Race Meetings when the charge shall be $100.00.
CATERING
Each person using the Club Race Boxes will be charged at Cost - $465.00 (Happy Valley & Shatin) for the buffet meal and the bar service.
During the following featured Race Meetings, a mandatory Special Package with an enhanced Food and Beverage programme will be provided at an addition of $100.00 on top of the regular catering package price.

The Bar Service covers regular stocks of Imported Beer, House Wine, House Pouring of Spirits, House Beer, Mineral Water, Juices and Soft Drinks offered by the Hong Kong Jockey Club. Premium Brands may be ordered subject to the usual prices charges by the Hong Kong Jockey Club.
BOOKINGS
Season Badge holders are entitled to "Advance Booking" privileges and 80% of the seats for each Meeting are reserved for Season Badge Holders on a first come, first served basis. Members using Daily Badges are allocated the balance of the seats for each Meeting plus the seats not being used by Season Badge holders.

COACH SERVICE
The Club operates a Coach Service for Shatin Race Meetings. The Coach departs from the Club for Weekend and other Day/Twilight Meetings. The cost per person is $80.00 for the round trip (minimum 8 pax). A free Coach Service provided by Hong Kong Jockey Club is available at Sports Road.
