I draw Members' attention to two recent cases of 'THEFT' from an unattended sportsbag in the Sportsman's Bar and from the Male Changing Room over the December period. In both cases formal reports have been made to the Hong Kong Police. Management has been informed that similar cases have been reported by General Managers in other Private Member Clubs on Hong Kong Island and in Kowloon. Members are requested to be vigilant and are further encouraged to immediately report any suspicious individual, activity or occurrence to any staff member in order to bring the perpertrator(s) to the attention of the Police. Members are further encouraged NOT to leave their valuables in sportsbags and/or unattended at anytime - as well as availing themselves of the 'Day Lockers' (and to separately secure the key) that are available in all the Club's Changing Rooms.Nigel P. Stearns General Manager Hong Kong Cricket Club. Nigel P. Stearns
