A-A-A-Attention! At ease…….BOOTCAMP is a group- style training program aimed at challenging the individual and the group to get fit quick meanwhile maintaining an element of fun. You will be put through your spaces each time by a qualified trainer to ensure that you get an entire body workout and all safety aspects are taken care of. The program is flexible to your current fitness level as all the exercises have a range of options that allow you to challenge your abilities and stamina with a number of opportunities to rest when necessary. The workout will have a fitness, strength (including core strengthening ) and a flexibility component so you will achieve an all round fitness. You have a few choices for time slots and packages to select from so you can tailor the program to your own work requirements and personal goals.
