The Sports Hall offers the Club’s Sporting Sections and Membership the opportunity to train and play ‘at home’ indoors and Junior Programmes to enjoy all-year-round facilities under the guidance of our professional coaching staff and Member volunteers.
Daily 8:30 A.M. to 10:30 P.M.
The Sports Hall accommodates Badminton (two courts), Basketball, Five-a-Side Football, Five-a-Side Hockey, Netball and Mini Tennis (two courts).
When the Sports Hall has not been booked or reserved for schedule activities, Members may play on a booking base. One Membership can reserve half of the Sports Hall and two Memberships are required for reservation of the full Sports Hall.
A reasonable standard of sports attire or other clean sportswear is required at all times.
Sports Shoes with non- marking soles must be worn at all times.
The Hockey Section has over 100 playing Members and runs six teams in the Hong Kong Hockey Association League - three Men's and three Ladies' teams.
Youth and Mini Hockey are offered to boys and girls, Members and Member's Guests aged from 5 to 16 years of age.
HKCC provides coaching that caters for all levels of ability and combines the services of Hockey Section appointed professional coaches as well as a number of volunteer parent coaches.

The programme focuses on developing fundamentals and general knowledge of the game in a fun-filled atmosphere.
The aim of the class is to improve basic skills in the area of shooting, passing, dribbling, footwork and teamwork.
Gym for Tots
This course enables the child to learn a variety of skills, such as balancing, climbing, jumping, running, throwing and catching. Infants learn to participate in a group, respond to instructions while developing confidence and self-esteem. These fun-filled lessons are an invaluable start to any child’s education.

One of the most popular junior sports programmes in Hong Kong with a team of qualified and enthusiastic Physical Education teachers from Multi-Sports Ltd. The programme aim is to improve your child’s health, fitness, skills and co-ordination.
In the Junior Sports programme, children have the rare opportunity in Hong Kong to receive coaching in gymnastics, athletics, minor games, and ball games.
The Club currently enters eight teams in the Hong Kong Netball league. The season runs from October through to April. All matches are played on a Monday night at various venues including the Aberdeen Outdoor Courts, Hong Kong Football Club and Western Park.
Training is held on Wednesday nights, with occasional individual team training on a Tuesday. Members who are interested in playing are welcome to join the Netball Section at any level. For details please contact our Netball Coach Veronica Arnold.
The Netball Section runs the Junior section for children aged between 6 and 14. The season runs from September through to March.
The section currently enters 2 teams in the Under 12 Junior Netball League. Matches are played on a Saturday in Aberdeen.
Coaching sessions are run on a Wednesday afternoon in the Sports Hall. Younger age groups are introduced to the sport with a fun programme of basic game skills. Older players are developed with full game plays and an emphasis on team tactics and skills,

The Club fields teams in each division of the HKRFU league, running from September through to March. We have won titles in each division entered and have a strong representation in National 7s and 15s teams. Under the instruction of head coach, Andrew Hall, Rugby trains in the Sports Hall and at Aberdeen Stadium (approximately a 10-minute drive from the Clubhouse) on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7.30 - 9.00pm.

HKCC Rugby is affiliated to HKU Sandy Bay at the mini and youth level,
Teams from U6 through to U18 level train at Sandy Bay in Pokfulam on Sundays. There are approximately 350 mini and 200 youth players. Club Rugby has 1st team players coaching at the U14, U16 and U18 level.
