TENNIS is one of the founder sports played at Hong Kong Cricket Club. There are three all-weather courts available for Member's use from 7:00a.m.-11:00p.m. daily.

The Club is very active in tennis competition with one of the highest participation rates of all Clubs in various HK Tennis Leagues. We currently field five Men's teams and three Ladies' teams in both the HKTA Summer and Winter Leagues, one Mixed Doubles teams in the HKTA Mixed (I) Doubles League and three teams in the Veterans 80+ League. The Club also fields three teams in the HK Ladies Tennis League (HKLTL), which is held on weekday mornings. We also have our own Junior Satellite Inter-Club League with 2 teams participating in 2 seasons each year, playing against a number of other clubs on the island.

Tennis coaching at the Club has gone from strength to strength over the years, and annually sees around 300 juniors being instructed, starting with our Tiger Tennis program for 4-6 year olds, up to our Junior League Team squad training sessions. The juniors also take part in holiday camps, tournaments and inter- club competitions. Our coaches also offer private & group coaching, Ladies Clinics, Cardio Tennis and a range of social tennis events for our adult Members.

All in all, tennis is one of the most popular sports here at the HKCC, with a variety of programs and coaching available seven days a week. If you would like to join a Club team or take part in any coaching or social tennis programs, please contact our Head Tennis Professional, Jason Lijewski at 9653-2782 or Please feel free to check the Club notice boards regularly for details on upcoming programs and events.
